Located near Nagoya Station and Sakae Station, Hirozushi Honten is a long-established sushi restaurant.
Our restaurant proudly offers two signature dishes.
The first is the innovative Nagoya-style specialty, the "Hitsumabushi Sandwich," a next-generation creation designed with the theme of enjoying hitsumabushi easily with one hand.
The second is the renowned "Anago no Kirizushi" — when people think of Hirozushi, this traditional pressed sushi comes to mind.
Lovingly crafted with the finest quality live conger eel (anago) and firm wheat gluten (kakufu), this dish has been cherished for over 110 years since our founding.
Both are quintessential Nagoya specialties that we are proud to offer.
